ICube (CNRS/Unistra) is a multidisciplinary laboratory mainly focused on robotics, physics and computer science. The participants to this project are from the Data Science and Knowledge, and IMAGeS (Images, Learning, Geometry and Statistics) teams. The role of this partner is to bring his expertise in the field of image processing, information extraction from images, data mining and knowledge management. The local PI, Pr. The Georges François Leclerc Center is exclusively dedicated to oncology and provides access to the most innovative technologies and the most recent adapted treatments. The multidisciplinary nature of its teams allows the CGFL to be a referral centre for rare tumors. Researchers from the cancer and adaptive immune response team, composed of medical doctors and biostatisticians, will bring their consequent expertise in the field of chemotherapy and anti-tumor immune response.
